Sanju Pradhan is an Indian Gorkha footballer who is playing for Atlético de Kolkata, an Indian Super League (ISL) football franchise based in Kolkata. Pradhan playes as a Winger for Dempo on loan from IMG RELIANCE. Pradhan is considered one of the brightest players coming up into the seniors levels of professional football.

BIOGRAPHY
Sanju Pradhan is a product of the Sikkim government’s ‘Search for more Baichung Bhutias’ scheme and schooled at the Namchi Sports Hostel and Sports Academy of Sikkim. After a good outing in the Sikkim Governor’s Gold Cup, the youngster was spirited away by Bimal Ghosh to Air-India where the attacking midfielder-cum-right winger made his made his mark thanks to his dribbling skills, scoring ability and high work rate. The big clubs sought him out but it was East Bengal which secured his signature and added the Sikkimese sensation to their roster in 2008. A junior India player, Pradhan established himself as a pivotal figure in the red & gold camp during his five-year stay in Kolkata and also broke through to the senior national team, making his debut against Syria in the Nehru Cup 2012. It was a winning debut, the international honour sitting well with the two Federation Cup medallions, IFA Shield and Indian Super Cup titles that Pradhan has amassed so far.
