The Gorkhaland Territorial Administration (GTA) has declared that it will pay 50% of the fees for meritorious students.
Speaking at the Jaumey Krishi Mela, GTA Chief Bimal Gurung said that the students who score above 80% in their West Bengal, CBSE and ICSE board exams - both Class 10 and Class 12 - will get the scholarship.
He has asked the GTA education department to develop a list and submit the same to GTA Sabha.
So all the students preparing for Madhyamik, CBSE, ICSE, ISC, HS etc please study well and try and score over 80%.
