Army Recruitment at GRD Jalapahar Darjeeling April 8th - April 9th

Army Recruitment will be conducted on April 8th and 9th, 2015 at the Gorkha Recruiting Depot, Jalapahar (above Jorebunglow), Darjeeling for Indian Gorkha youth.
Please note the following dates and times.

April 8th: Rai, Limbu, Tamang, and ward of currently serving or ex-servicemen, or son of ex-service widows
April 9: Gurung, Mangar, Chettri, Thakuri, Lepcha, Bhutia and other castes and ward of currently serving or ex-servicemen, or son of ex-service widows
Reporting Time: 6 A.M to 11:30 A.M
Age: Between 17 years 6 Months to 21 years
Height: 157 Centimeters (CMS)
Weight: 48 Kgs
Chest: 77 Cms
Chest expansion: 5 cms
Educational Qualification: Matriculation pass and above,
Documents 3 Copies each of : Class 10 pass certificate, mark-sheet, residential certificate, Gorkha Certificate containing Candidates passport size photos with SDO's signature. Certificate of being unmarried from Gram Pradhan/Municipality commissioner, Any sports certificate, 10 passport size photographs

If a candidate is ward of servicemen, ex-servicemen and/or son of ex-service widow then you are required to bring documents from the concerned Record Office.
