The Gorkhas of Nagaland, Nepali Basti Mandir Committee, Dimapur organized Mela on 21Oct, 2014 with Smt. Elizabeth Ngullie ADC, Dimapur as chief guest to raise fund for the Shiv Mandir construction.
The Mela had Gorkha Food Stalls, Tambola/ Housie game, Raffle draw with attractive prizes. The program culminated with a grand dinner hosted by the organizing committee in honour of the Chief guest and invitees.
Mr. Kumar Subba and host of DGU officials, Gorkha leaders from Kohima and Gorkha public attended the program. Cultural Troupe headed by Mr. Rupak Chetri enthralled the audience with their melodious Gorkha numbers.
Chief Advisor DGU,Mr. Sanju Pandey , Gorkha Gov't. GB Mr. Uttam Chetri, Napali Basti supervised the Raffle Draw where Mr. Joseph Sumi, Chairman, Nepali Basti village council was also present.
